What happens if I am not satisfied with my vacuum purchase?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Rowenta vacuum just exercise our 90-Day Money-Back Warranty or as we like to refer to it as our “Try It, Love It or Return It” policy.

What are the differences between the two bagged canister vacuum models?

The main difference is the capacity of the vacuums: the full-sized blue model has a 5L dust capacity whereas the compact black model has a 3.5L capacity. The accessories included with both also vary. The compact models includes a multi-floor head, integrated dusting brush, crevice tool and sofa brush. The full-sized model includes Multi-floor head, Max-Turbo brush, Delta triangualar head, integrated dusting brush, crevice tool and sofa brush. Both vacuums use the same vacuum bags: Wonderbag Endura.

Where are Rowenta vacuum cleaners made?

The canisters are all made in France, 60km from Paris. The stick vacuums are designed and engineered in the same French factory but are made in China.

What is the Warranty for the vaccums?

We are confident your Rowenta vacuum will exceed your every expectation. However, if you do encounter an issue of any kind you can rest assured knowing that your vacuum is guaranteed by Rowenta for two years against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the initial date of purchase.

When I’m not using my stick vacuum, can I leave it plugged in all the time or will that cause damage to the lithium battery?

No worries. The 25V model is a Lithium battery model. Lithium batteruies are not sensitive to being left charging. It is not reccomded to leave the 18V NiMH charging at all times.

Are accessories included with the purchase of a Rowenta stick vacuum?

Rowenta stick vacuums do not come with accessories.
